Hyrox

Our systemised approach to Hyrox coaching is like nothing else from a membership in the south west, we aim to progressively improve your skill, strength and conditionings over our 6 weeks blocks to ensure you achieve your BEST race time, training in our HYROX along with our Build, FFS or HYBRID programme will give you the same preparation as our elite level athletes. 

Our HYROX Training week is split like this 

MONDAY - Conpromised Skill Work- mimicking them race day feelings whilst improving the station element of the race. 


TUESDAY - Looking to build that foundational conditioning and aerobic endurance to improve your overall capacity on race day. 


WEDNESDAY- RACE NIGHT- put practice into play in our mid week race simulation 


FRIDAY- Intervals & Strength Endurance- improve your capacity for work at a higher intensity before Building strength and efficiency thriugh the movement patterns required in your 8 stations. 


SUNDAY- Race Situations- Put into play similar situations as a race day in various game day settings to have you more than ready for THE BIG DAY.Â
