“The Squat Programme” is only programme guaranteeing you a squat PB by the end of it! This is a supplementary programme designed to be implemented around your current training to add specific & progressive volume to the squat, allowing your squat numbers to reach a whole new level. Up coming competition ? An athlete in their off season ? Or just someone wanting big numbers on their next re testing day ? This will send your back squat and front squat PB’s new heights, whilst not taking time away from your usual training.
HOW MANY SESSIONS PER WEEK?
3 X sessions per week (20-30 mins each)
PROGRAMME DETAILS The programme consists of the following sessions: 3x Squat sessions per week 1 including a small WOD This is an 8 week programme designed with specifically enough volume to achieve your BIGGEST front squat & back squat, with each session being 20-30 mins MAX this programme will work perfectly around your current training schedule.
