            RHYS
Head coach
Rhys is our head coach, head of programming, and coach mentor. He creates the JNPT training systems you’ll see across your training week, and oversees the quality of delivery to ensure that our members receive an industry-leading service.
Rhys graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2020 with a degree in Biomedical Science: Health, Exercise and Nutrition. He employs conscious coaching and a behaviour change-centred approach, driven by his passion for strength and conditioning, human performance, and nutrition, to help people feel good, live longer, and move like an athlete.

            Lucy
Head coach
Lucy is one of the Head Coaches at JNPT and the creator of the popular Fitter, Faster, Stronger programme. She graduated from Plymouth Marjon University in 2019, with a degree in sport and exercise science and is passionate about empowering women through personal and group training.
Lucy helps her clients become stronger, fitter, and more confident in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Outside of the gym, she is also the captain AEK BOCO ladies' football team.

            Meels
Personal trainer and client care specialist
Meels works as a Personal Trainer and Client Care Specialist at JNPT, with a focus on supporting beginners and mums. Her mission is to remove gym anxiety, build confidence, and help clients fall in love with exercise.
Alongside personal training, Meels also leads the over-50s sessions and coaches at the gym’s kids camps, creating a welcoming environment for all ages and abilities.

Vanessa is a high-energy Personal Trainer passionate about creating positive change. She empowers women to break through mental barriers and reach levels they never thought possible through fitness, nutrition, and mindset shifts.
Her mission is to build confidence, inspire lasting transformation, and highlight the power of choice in every journey.

Personal trainer
Fern is a qualified pre- and postnatal coach and personal trainer, dedicated to supporting women through every stage of motherhood.
As a mum of three, she combines professional expertise with lived experience to deliver safe, effective, and empowering programmes that help women rebuild strength, restore confidence, and feel strong in their bodies.
