Our Hyrox classes in Bristol & Bath are designed to build threshold capacity, strength endurance, run mechanics, and pacing. You’ll improve transitions, master intensity, and develop muscular endurance for sleds, burpees, and wall balls.

Scalable for all levels, our targeted coaching and intervals help you race smarter and faster.

Capacity

Capacity is our aerobic and threshold effort training day, with longer intervals at a hard but sustainable pace. It builds efficiency at submaximal intensities, helping you sustain power without reaching your maximum capacity.

Training in Zone 4 improves lactate clearance, extends time-to-exhaustion, and builds the engine needed for events like Hyrox.

ERGS

This class is all about the ski and rowing machines, we call them “ergs.” You’ll do short bursts of hard effort with rest in between, while learning proper technique to move efficiently.

LOWERS

Lowers is a full lower-body and core class designed to build strength, power, endurance, and mobility. We combine running-specific accessory movements, prehab exercises, and progressive training techniques to improve posterior chain strength, running mechanics, and joint resilience.

Suitable for beginners and experienced athletes, it’s perfect for Hyrox prep or performance training.

STRENGTH

A full-body resistance class built to improve strength, muscular endurance, and performance. We combine compound lifts, accessory work, and explosive movements in a smart, progressive program. Expect balanced intensity, improved joint and tendon health, and efficient movement across all planes.
